At Hadi Collections, we want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for full details.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver all across Pakistan through PostEx, one of the country's leading courier services, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery to every major city and town.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order is packed and handed over to PostEx.

Other cities & towns 3–5 business days
Remote/rural areas 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat-rate shipping charges apply nationwide (mention your exact rate, e.g. Rs. 200 per order).
  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. [X,XXX] (set your own threshold).
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a PostEx tracking number via SMS/email/WhatsApp. You can track your parcel directly on the PostEx tracking page using this number.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan through PostEx. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery for a smooth handover.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • PostEx will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to us.
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate and reachable to avoid delays or return of your order.

8. Order Changes

If you need to change your delivery address or contact number, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order at [your email/WhatsApp number], as orders are processed quickly and changes may not be possible afterward.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the parcel, and we'll resolve it promptly as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.
